Chantico Spanish School
This course includes 20 hours of class per week, or 80 per month. Enjoy learning with our wonderful faculty and explore with us on the weekends. Measure your proficiency as your course progresses and as you immerse yourself in our language.

Our teachers are experienced and have appropriate education. Classroom activities focus on proven methodologies. We use an "eclectic" approach so that every possible Spanish language skill improves as you progress (speaking, writing, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, translation, sentence formation, etc.), according to your beginning proficiency level. The purpose of our extracurricular activities is always to enhance classroom learning and provide extra motivation to students.
We offer Spanish proficiency certification by administration of the SIELE exam.

Querétaro is located in Central Mexico, about 2.5 hours northwest of Mexico City. Little-known to tourists, it offers an authentic Mexican experience to foreign visitors. It also happens to be one of Mexico's safest, best-planned metro areas.

Homestays are carefully selected and offer students the opportunity to learn more about the local culture in a comfortable setting while studying Spanish in Querétaro. These homes are often between 10 - 15 minutes away from the school by public transport. Families usually offer affordable meal plans that allow you to sample the local cuisine. If you have special requests or diet restrictions (because of religion or health reasons), please let us know in advance. Your housing starts on the Sunday before your first day of class and ends on the Saturday after your last day of class, unless otherwise noted. Learn more about homestay housing
We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.
Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you.
Please note that we do not book flights for our students. If you are researching airfare costs, we recommend using Kayak.com, a search engine that lets you compare flight options from your home country to Querétaro based on your budget, schedule and preferences.
