TRAVELING CLASSROOM
Our unparalleled 4 week program allows you to learn Spanish in four locations across Ecuador, whilst at the same time experiencing interesting local Ecuadorian activities, indigenous experiences and incredible adventures unique to each location.
Quito
The first destination is the capital and historic centre of Ecuador. Included in this segment are trips to Mitad del Mundo (the 'centre of the world'), a magnificent natural hot pool and biking through the stunning Cotopaxi National Park- the highest active volcano in the world.
Cuenca
Following Quito, you have the option to either visit the UNESCO old historic colonial city Cuenca, or the Amazon. In Cuenca you can enjoy the abundance of art and museums based in the colonial buildings, including the ruins of Pumapungo. Also you have the opportunity to visit Ingapirca, the largest known Inca ruins in Ecuador.
Jungle
Your second week can alternatively be spent on a thrilling trip into the Amazon jungle, full of activities including tubing down the Amazon river, raft-building, trekking, bird-watching and shamanism just to name a few!
Manta
Next onto the seaside city of Manta. From here you can try a tandem paraglide, visit the home of the 'Panama hat' in Montecristi and visit Isla de Plata, also known as the 'little Galapagos' with whale watching available in season.
Montañita
Your final stop is the small, funky surf town of Montañita, a popular beach destination for domestic and international tourists alike. Here you will enjoy daily surf lessons, a trip to a more remote beach and a cooking class.

Show details » Read more...The teachers are fantastic-- I had Paul and Stalin and was so sad to leave the school. The classes are tiny--I only had 4 students in mine including myself. The location and facilities are so much nicer than anything I would have seen in the states and the activities were so much fun. Ronny, the surf instructor, was absolutely the best sports teacher I've ever encountered. He was very talented but also knew how to break it down for beginners.

The different activities where very funny and the community was also very nice.
The host family was nice too and I recommend these types of experiences to everyone!
