Long-term English courses in St Julian's are for students who want to beocme fluent in English and have the time to learn English for an extended period of time.
* Please note that all our courses can start at any day of the week. For example if your arrival flight is on Tuesday, you can start with your lessons on Tuesday or Wednesday depending on the flight time.

This is a combination course of General English (as above) and Conversational English (see course details below). This course is designed for students who wish to dedicate more time to develop an increased proficiency in English in a relatively short period of time and the students who wish to maximise their available time to practise the spoken language after the General English course.

40 Lessons of General English Learning that targets all the skills and all the systems

This is a 20 lessons per week course designed to improve your general proficiency in English and cover the four skills (speaking, reading, listening and writing) as well as grammar, vocabulary and fluency development.
This course is suited to students of all levels who want a good foundation in English in a wide variety of language areas. As well as grammar, vocabulary, reading and writing, the main aim of our General English course is to help students communicate in everyday situations.
This is a 30 lessons per week course designed to improve your general proficiency in English and cover the four skills (speaking, reading, listening and writing) as well as grammar, vocabulary and fluency development.
*Please note that Morning or Afternoon sessions can be requested, but they depend on availability.
General English courses are designed to give you the communicative confidence and competence to deal with everyday situations in English.
In your lessons, you will learn conversational skills, grammar structures and vocabulary, which will enable you to communicate effectively in a variety of social situations using the English language.
Study Holiday Programme – This general English course is designed for students who would like to spend half of each day in class and enjoy a variety of leisure activities for the rest of the day. Six levels of instruction are offered and new courses begin each Monday.

Intensive English “Crash” Course – The right choice for those who want to focus on making big improvements in their English, as quickly as possible. Everything from fluent speaking to grammar and vocabulary is covered.
The Standard course offers students the perfect balance between language training and leisure time. A communicative approach developing fluency in speaking, listening, reading and writing ensures that the grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation components are applied to actual language use.
Ideal for students who want to learn the language more intensively. The additional lessons give one the opportunity to focus further on various aspects and contexts of the language - and still have time for the afternoon leisure activities!
*There is a possibility of a textbook rental for €7.
The General 20 course focuses on language fluency as a main goal. The four major skills students will practice are reading, writing, speaking and listening.
