Afternoon English courses in St. Paul's Bay

This course consists of 10 conversation group afternoon lessons In this course you will engage with a teacher and other learners from other classes in communicative speaking activities. These include, for example: • Discussions • Role plays • Problem-solving activities • Recounting of personal experiences, opinions and beliefs The emphasis is on developing speaking and conversation fluency: the ability to speak without too much hesitation, and to communicate clearly and confidently.

This is a tailor-made one-to-one course giving individual attention to participants who would like the fastest possible route to improving their English skills. The student and course tutor together decide which areas to cover, thus maximizing the time at the student’s disposition.

The Crash Intensity Programme is a crash course for people who need to improve their general English language skills dramatically within a short period of time. Lessons will be built around your personal needs and interests.

The General English programme develops your English language and communication skills, giving you the confidence and ability to function in everyday situations. Through a communicative approach, you will practise your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
