The LSI Auckland campus is situated right in the center of Auckland, at the end of Scotia Place, within walking distance of major attractions, shopping, dining, entertainment, and transportation. A wide range of English courses are offered with varying term lengths to suit students' needs and the teachers are well qualified, experienced, and caring. LSI Auckland is based in the LSI Building where the large and bright classrooms overlook the phoenix palms in Myers Park - on the first four floors of the building. There are excellent public transport links and amenities within a few minutes’ walk, as well as student lounges, libraries, computers for student use, and free WiFi is also available. The student population boasts an average of 20 different nationalities. As the financial and cultural heart of New Zealand, Auckland (called the City of Sails because of its harbours) has much to offer the visitor – from attractive shopping amenities to exhibitions of Maori and Polynesian art. The social program is second to none, with an unbeaten LSI football team and endless recreational possibilities, from skydiving to skiing, from wine-tasting to walks in the New Zealand bush, from relaxing trips in the weekend to museum and theater visits.
